This project represents the culmination of a semester-long journey in my Interior Design Communication course, showcasing the evolution of a residential design from its conceptual beginnings to a fully realized 3D rendering using SketchUp. Each phase—starting with the initial floor plan and progressing through meticulous detailing—reflects not only technical skill but also a deep understanding of the importance of precision at every step. The process is both an art and a science; a single error can ripple throughout the design, affecting the entire flow and integrity of the project. This experience has underscored the significance of thoughtful planning and attention to detail, solidifying the foundation for my future work in interior design.
